Privacy policy
Information under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. The Slovak version is legally binding.

2. Purposes and legal bases

You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time in the . Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
3. Recipients
- Resend, Inc.: delivery of the email with your request from the form,
- the server hosting provider of the website,
- Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics (only with consent),
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: Meta Pixel (only with consent).
We do not sell personal data. We only disclose it to public authorities where the law requires us to.
4. Transfers to third countries
Google, Meta and Resend may also process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), to which these companies have signed up, or on standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
- requests from the form, email or phone: 12 months from the last contact; if we enter into a contract, for the period required by accounting and tax law,
- Google Analytics: 14 months,
- cookies: see the cookie list; your consent choice is valid for 12 months,
- server logs: no more than 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email tgbplast@tgbplast.sk or write to the controller's address.
7. Complaints
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
8. Obligation to provide data
Providing your data is voluntary. Without your name and phone number, however, we cannot contact you about the 3D design.
9. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects under Article 22 GDPR.
